
It's been a two weeks since the 150. Today was my first real run since this race. I got in 8 miles and it took a touch over an hour. I feel like it was a hard 20, but that's fine. My recovery skills are gonna take a bit to come back slowly but surely. I'm just happy to be able to move as well as I am. I swam yesterday and will be swimming again tomorrow. Thursday I'll get another run in, Fri another swim and next week I'll try to get one or two double work out days in. Last week I had a sports massage on my legs.
